"Surprisingly good little snack find"
I grabbed these snacks on a whim because I was putting together a quick movie night at home, they were way better than I expected. Everything tasted really fresh and had a nice crunch, not that stale kind you sometimes get with packaged snacks. I kept going back for more even after I told myself I was done

"Absolutely worth it for the price"
This box is 100% a solid deal for the price. I was happy with the variety overall, though I swear some of the snacks were comically tiny. Still, for what I paid, I’d definitely call it a win.

"Cute snacks and really fun packaging"
Everything showed up packed really neatly. The snacks all looked super cute, and I liked the little booklet they included too. Just a nice, fun box to open overall.

"Shows up when they say it will"
I’ve gotten a few Universal Yums boxes now, and the shipping has been dependable. The tracking updates come through like you’d expect, and the box usually lands right around the date they give, which makes me feel like they’re not just throwing out random delivery estimates to keep people from asking questions.
One box showed up maybe a day late, but it wasn’t a big deal or anything. Everything inside was packed well too, no crushed snacks or busted bags, so it seems like they actually care about the box arriving in decent shape and not just getting it out the door. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"I had Universal Yums for a few months..."
I had Universal Yums for a few months, the subscription page was easy to use!! I didn’t feel like I had to hunt around forever just to figure out what was going on.
I changed my plan once, and I also skipped a month when I was going to be out of town... both went through totally fine!! No weird extra steps, no long annoying emails, no “are you sure???” five times in a row.
The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that I do wish the cancel and skip options were a little more obvious right away. Still, not bad at all!!! Definitely better than a lot of other subscription sites I’ve dealt with.

"Helpful support and a quick reply"
I had a question because my box hadn’t updated for a few days, so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me the next day and sorta walked me through what was going on, which I appreciated.
It wasn’t fixed right away, but they kept responding and were really nice about it. Took a little patience, but overall I’m happy with the help I got.

"I picked this up on impulse because..."
I picked this up on impulse because I love snack mixes, and it was fun to go through. There’s a good variety and lots to try, though a few of them were definitely a little odd. Still, it made for a fun taste-test moment.

My Universal Yums box showed up quicker than I expected this month. I figured it would take a bit longer, but it was on my doorstep in just a couple days. Tracking worked fine too. Overall, happy with how fast it got here.

"Fun little geography box, with a few snack hits and misses"
We tried this with the kids on a rainy afternoon when we didn’t really feel like dragging everyone out of the house, and overall it was fun. They actually picked up some geography facts without it feeling like homework, which was a nice surprise. The snack part was a little more mixed, some things they loved, and a couple got passed around once and then politely abandoned. Still, it made for a fun activity at the kitchen table, just not a totally perfect one.
